What to bring: Eye protection, dust protection, a plane or hand chisel to sharpen.

What to expect: Having a sharpen hand tool is a critical component of getting the best results from all your time and effort. It’s one of the most common questions we get, how to sharpen. We’ll show you two methods we use. Using a Tomek and using Waterstones. We explore different methods and techniques’ and dive into different types of metals and how to properly care for them. Some basic discussion of plane setup will be discussed. Bringing your own tool isn’t a must but recommended.
