This is a demonstration class where we discuss different types of turning, show how the tools operate, and for fun we make a bat! You’ll get a bit of hands on during this class just to show you how fun it is! This is one of the classes we suggest to families that want to have their children come out and take a class.

Build your own beautiful plant stand! This 6 hour class, or 2 3 hour night class is for beginner/intermediate levels. We use cherry, maple, or hackberry wood to build a stand that can also be taken a part and conveniently stored. This is a particularly fun group project!

Come learn to make sea scapes! We’ll provide you with all the materials, and know how in our wonderful facility. We provide everything needed for you to make your own sea scape board! Don’t buy ALL the different products you need to make one and hope the video you watched got it right, learn here from people who’ve done it successfully. Learn the art of using a lathe! We’ll be turning bowls on a lathe to get you familiar with the tools, and so you can turn a beautiful bowl! We’ll be making them out of either cherry, or black limba and you’ll take home a fully finished bowl ready to use! It’s much more fun to eat ice cream from you own hand made bowl!
