In fine furniture building knowing how to make solid Mortise and Tenon joints is very important and this class will get you started. We’ll be building a frame. Very similar to what’s used in pictures, or doors on cupboards. Another fun and relaxing class but one essential to growing your skills. A good course to take before the intermediate and advanced courses.

Come be part of a demonstration on wood turning. While we’re making a bat collectively, we’ll be explaining different Lathes, tools and their uses, setups, safety, and different types of things you can build using lathe.

This is a demonstration class where we discuss different types of turning, show how the tools operate, and for fun we make a bat! You’ll get a bit of hands on during this class just to show you how fun it is! This is one of the classes we suggest to families that want to have their children come out and take a class.
